15 Pax took to the “Murph” challenge this morning in the thick moist conditions! YHC struggles with the humidity – #moreofapolarbear. That said today was a beast of a workout with all reps completed on time and only the run taking us a bit past time in order for Pax to complete….here is what we accomplished in honor of the brave soldiers that paid the ultimate price for our freedoms! 1 mile run

100 pull-ups – 10 sets of 10 reps

200 push-ups – 10 sets of 20 reps

300 squats – 10 sets of 30 reps

Garmin details show that the workout began at 5:31, lasted 48 min, covered 2.58 miles. We added one rest break after the 6th set and did so with a 30 second wall stand.
