8 Pax took on the ultimate stretch routine this morning at the “Murph”. Every two weeks for the summer months we will be doing a full 40 minute stretch routine designed to prevent injuries, and train our bodies to become more effective when engaging in the more dynamic workouts we do throughout the F3 Nation.
Full Lower body / upper body stretch with a mosey to warm up.
