33 Pax joined forces in the gloom to conquer the Hill! Splinter group had no need to splinter. After a brief disclosure that went something like, any FNG’s, ok let’s mosey! We were off to set up our beat down in the moist conditions…..

Warmarama: Mosey to the steep hill off the loop in the park…..Walk around storage shed dropping cones and getting instructions.

Thang: Hill Sprints with BLIMPS at the top and LSF at the bottom. rinse and repeat until time is called.

  1. Sprint up the Hill (100 yards) and do 1. Burpee at the first cone, mosey to cone 2. for two lunges, mosey to cone 3. three Imperial Walkers, cone 4. four Merkins, Cone 5 five Planche Jacks and to the bottom of the Hill for 20 LSF’s. Cones 1-5 were stationed around the storage shed on the paved road.
  2. Rinse & Repeat Step 1 until time is called increasing each station by 1 rep per lap.
  3. Most Pax got through 7 -8 Hill climbs and JLove 9!
  4. Time called for the long mosey back to the SF!
