Warm Up –
Mosey to parking lot – Wicked stretch, plank, etc.
Wicked asked I-beam for #burpeechallenge. There was a little confusion as Quicken said 15 and I-beam was on 14 (question was starting on Memorial Day or Day after). Ricky Bobby declared 14.5 burpees. Burpee Challenge completed for today.
Mosey to baseball fields – Wicked and Wilson on separate fields

Cones setup 100 ft apart –
Combo to 21 – Merkins one side, Squats the other totaling 21 – start with 20 Merkins and 1 squats.
Sprints to Squats and Mosey back for Merkins
After 15 minutes switch fields – 30 dips and 30 derkins on bathroom wall switching fields.
Magic Man Field –
Cones setup 100 ft apart
Combo to 21 – Double Wide Merkins and WW2 Situps totaling 21 – start with 20 Merkins and 1 WW2 situp
Sprint down and Mosey back
Mosey back to Parking Lot
As Wicked asked the Pax about Merkins, Wilson called out for 20 Merkins oyo.
Then called low slow flutter kicks x 25 IC (last 5 super slow, mental challenge).
Wicked called for Plank and then table while Pax counted.
