Slow Monkey Humpers 10

Jog around the loop and complete 4 sprints with 20 push ups after the first 2 and then 20 Peter Parkers and 20 Mountain Climbers after the last two.

Mosey back to do the thang.

One group did 50 pull ups and 100 push ups sets of 5 and 10 every minute on the minute for 10 minutes

Second group did a rotation of three stations.

1.) 15 burpees & 40 LBC’s

2.) 40 wojo Jump Squats & 25 Carolina Dry Docks

3.) 50 Freddy Mercuries and 40 Peter Parkers

 

Rinse and Repeat

Ended on 40 Low Slow Flutters
