Starting on Memorial Day and running 100 days to the day after Labor Day (Tue Sep 6), complete 1 burpee per day adding 1 burpee for each day of the challenge for a 100 days.


1- Mon, May 30: 1 burpee

2- Tue, May 31: 2 burpees

3- Wed, June 1: 3 burpees

4- Thu, June 2: 4 burpees


99- Mon, Sep 5: 99 burpees (Labor Day)

100- Tue, Sep 6: 100 burpees

Bringing us to a total of 5,050 total burpees throughout the summer.

What are the rules?

  1. You can do the burpees anytime of the day
  2. You can break up the burpees into as many sets as you need
  3. If burpees are in the warm-a-rama, they can count, but not if they are in the primary workout
  4. If you miss a day, no problem, just do the missed days first, then do the current days to catch up

Why are we doing this?  Because we love burpees and doing 5,050 burpees will be hard.
