15 Pax apparently didn’t read the message that Xerox was out and would be replaced on Q by YHC. Sorry to disappoint but hopefully we had some fun anyway. Wishing Xerox a speedy recovery – the Pax missed you today! It was a nicely humid morning with a beautiful full moon – hard to see when you are upside down against the wall, however.

It went something like this…

Mosey around parking lot and down Lawndale, back to circle for…

Warm o Rama

SSH x 25 IC

Sun Gods x 15 IC (forward and reverse)

Chinooks x 15 IC (forward and reverse)

Windmills x 20 IC

Imperial Walkers x 20 IC

Copperhead squats x 20 IC

The Thang Part I:

Mosey to picnic table area. Partner up – size does not matter, partner A does BTTW while partner B does 20 dips, 20 step ups, 20 Bulgarian split squats, flapjack, repeat with wall sit instead of BTTW.

The Thang Part II:

Four corner escalator

Corner 1 10 Burpees

run to Corner 2

Corner 2 10 Burpees, 20 Lunges

bear crawl to Corner 3

Corner 3 10 Burpees, 20 Lunges, 30 Merkins

run to Corner 4

Corner 4 10 Burpees, 20 Lunges, 30 Merkins, 40 Squats

run lap around parking lot, go back down the escalator.

I think we all completed one lap when time was called…

Mosey back to flag for some Mary.

Some comments about stopping with too much time left and about why we were in the grass were quickly extinguished as we began a plank-o-rama:

5 minute plank

American Hammer x25
