TPS drove a hard bargain when he stated that he would support BF in his fundraising efforts for MDA if and only if BF would Q at the newest Saturday morning workout at the infamous Cougar Town. It took only moments to accept what should be an eye popping – jaw dropping donation from TPS – Stay tuned but I’m hoping its in the six digits. Speaking of digits we started the workout with 5, count them 5, dedicated men who refused to go to the 6:00am workout because it was too early or the 7:00am workout because it was too late!!!!! This is what we were able to accomplish on the track at Cougar Town:

The Thang:
Not wanting to break the gang of 5 up we decided to stay together for the morning. On the track at each turn (which was at 12:00 / 3:00 / 6:00 / and 9:00) we had the following:
@9:00 x 15 reps *after each set backpeddle to the next station

The 5 of us were hard at it on the track and all of a sudden out of the fog came two wayward haggard looking guys who we thought we had to share the track with. They came closer and closer and then, as if we were old friends, jumped right into the exercises with us. “Website said 7:00am” they exclaimed with enthusiasm. Glad we could add two and FNG’s at that!!!!! Now we were 7 strong. We continued through all the stations. Making one last lap around, BF could not ignore the grassy hill that lay before the pax on the side of the track. *Bear Crawl Up and do a Burpee at the top – Rinse and repeat 5 times.
Mosey: Back the long way around the school to the parking lot. But wait, someone called for wall sits on that perfectly strong brick wall. Felt like 5 minutes but more then likely 30 to 45 seconds.
Continuing the mosey those picnic table looked really lonely so we stopped to give 10 decline merkins. Jail break at the end for the last 30 yards…………………
