After waiting in vain a while at gather for I-Beam to show up since he said he would post, the PAX each grabbed one brick and moseyed south on Bellemeade to Edgeworth and into the Grace United Methodist Church parking lot for the warm-up.
Warm-up:
- 20 Side Straddle Hops
- 30 Sobriety Sun Gods (15 ea way / ea leg)
- 25 Copperhead Squats
- 30 Copperhead Lunges (15 each leg)
The PAX then reformed and continued the mosey to a new part of the AO: Greensboro College – the Home of the Pride! Upon arriving at the main entrance to Greensboro College, the PAX stopped to get filled in on the work-out.
Work-out:
The PAX partnered up (size did not matter). Partner A ran up the main walkway/lawn to the front steps of the Chapel and executed 3 burpees and returned to Partner A. While Partner A was gone, Partner B executed one exercise listed below. Each partner completed each exercise before moving to the next.
- Jack Webs (2 bricks)
- Wojo Squats (2 bricks)
- Crunchy Frog (2 bricks)
- Sun Gods (2 bricks)
- Standing lunges (2 bricks)
