13 Pax showed up for “The Murph”… Conspicuously missing was Chaps #LateNightPromises. Mission: To finish the complete Murph in under 45 minutes. No FNG’s and as such we wasted no time getting on with the day’s chores. Below is how it went down on our brisk morning
Performed Murph as a group, splitting time between as one half of the group would finish pull ups, other half would perform ab exercises, then flapjack #NoWastedMovement
1 mile run
100 pull ups, 200 merkins, and 300 squats and 400ish abs
At, or near halfway point we ran to other “fitness center”
1 mile run (Achieved through an alternative run pattern)
Mission Accomplished as we finished workout in 42 minutes

Live music all day, multiple food/ice cream trucks and lots of entertainment for kids. Event for the entire family. Starts at 3 and ends when Nancy says so 🙂 Bring shovelflags for F3 table!
My honor and joy to help facilitate with such great men. There’s a reason we all get out of the rack anywhere from 4:40 – 5ish and it doesn’t have that much to do with just working out. 3 F’s... Each one giving way to the next for the invigoration of male community leadership. Reject passivity, letting those around you see your compassion and commitment to your fellow man
