9 PAX including 2 FNGs gathered to cover four years of college in 45 minutes. It was the middle of exam week for Elroy and his friends at HPU, and since Elroy was on Q, he wanted to make sure nobody felt left out of the fun. I think it went a little something like this…

Warm-O-Rama:

After a short mosey, the PAX started out with…

25 Side Straddle Hops

15 Windmills

15 sungods in each direction

5 burpees

The Thang:

Now that the warm up was out of the way, it was time to start school and what better place than at the bottom of a hill for freshman year. As a freshman, you are always running around trying to do a little of everything so we did just that.

5 Merkins at the bottom of the hill

run the hill

5 jump squats at the top

run down and repeat until you got to 50 Merkins and 50 Jump Squats

After a 10 count “summer vacation” it was time for sophomore year. They say sophomore is always the easiest so the PAX had an “easy” year. We moseyed across the parking lot and found ourselves between 2 lamp posts. At the first the PAX did 20 mountain climbers then ran to the second post and did 20 heels to Heaven. We did this twice.

Another 10 count summer vacation and another year gone. Wow, this is going by fast like real college, but with more pain…

They always say junior year is the hardest year so Elroy made sure that was the case. The PAX partnered up and between the two of you, you had to complete 50 burpees and 100 Carolina Dry Docks. While one partner worked on those, the other ran to the playground and did 10 pull ups, then ran back and switched places.

One last 10 count summer break and one more year to go.

When you’re a senior, you just want to cruise through so we did just that…but with more speed. The PAX made two teams and had a relay race to determine who would do “summer school” (5 burpees). In the end, the entire PAX did the 5 burpees and everyone graduated. And to celebrate… some mary’s.

Mary’s

20 LBCs

14 Box Cutters

15 Lo Slo Flutters

20 American Hammers

Congrats to FNGs Arron “McCain” and Jacob “Bakers.” You guys absolutely killed it!

To the entire PAX, don’t be afraid to step up and lead a workout. We really want to see some new faces. If you have any interest to Q, talk to Prophet and he’ll get you set up!
