Start out with a relay-race suicide. Partner up. Do everything twice through.
1st leg – crab walk while partner crab cakes
2nd leg – bear crawl while partner mountain climbers
3rd leg – Karaoke while partner holds people’s chair
4th leg – Sprint while partner planks

Carry block up the stairs to top of Life Building
Quad Merkins and planks (Descending merkin sets 10-8-6-4-2)
One partner completes 20 squats with block overhead while other partner does dips
One partner completes Colt 45 curls with block while partner does Peter Parker
