Burpee Ball/Circle of Death

Pax formed a circle facing outwards, extended elbow-to-elbow. A 10b med ball was introduced. We passed it around the circle, starting to the right. After each pass the Pax did a series of Burpees/Merkins on the Q’s call.

YHC passed out new friends (heavy resistance tubing), 1 for each pax.

Stations were posted along the railing with a resistance exercise, run sideline-to-sideline twice and do a body weight exercise and move to the next station. Successfully made it through once before time was called

With our new friends and a pole, we did some weighted abdominal training. The pax caught a break due to YHC’s extreme sunburn and the unpleasant feeling of that grinding on the pavement. It won’t happen again.
