- Mosey around baseball field and back to basketball court
- SSH x 20
- Mountain Climber x 20
- Copperhead Squat x 15
- Sun Gods x 15, Reverse x 15, Up High x 15, Out Front x 15
- Plank Dips x 20
Thang:
Split into three groups and rotated between the following stations:
1 – Basketball Court
- Curls x 25 each arm
- Flock of Seagulls x 25
- X/Os x 25
- Three sets of each exercise then rotate as a group
2 – Under the Shelter
- 15 Bulgarian Split Squats each leg
- Circle the building
- 25 Plank Dips each side
- Circle the building
- Repeat til relieved by next group
3 – Playground
- Burpee/Pullups til relieved
Finish with parking lot runs – high skip, backwards, linebacker shuffle, high knees and butt kicks
6MOM:
- LBCs x 20
- Cindy Crawfords x 15 each side
- Parker Peters x 20
- Peter Parkers x 20
- American Hammer x 20
