  • Mosey around baseball field and back to basketball court
  • SSH x 20
  • Mountain Climber x 20
  • Copperhead Squat x 15
  • Sun Gods x 15, Reverse x 15, Up High x 15, Out Front x 15
  • Plank Dips x 20

Thang:

Split into three groups and rotated between the following stations:

1 – Basketball Court

  • Curls x 25 each arm
  • Flock of Seagulls x 25
  • X/Os x 25
  • Three sets of each exercise then rotate as a group

2 – Under the Shelter

  • 15 Bulgarian Split Squats each leg
  • Circle the building
  • 25 Plank Dips each side
  • Circle the building
  • Repeat til relieved by next group

3 – Playground

  • Burpee/Pullups til relieved

Finish with parking lot runs – high skip, backwards, linebacker shuffle, high knees and butt kicks

6MOM:

  • LBCs x 20
  • Cindy Crawfords x 15 each side
  • Parker Peters x 20
  • Peter Parkers x 20
  • American Hammer x 20
