21 PAX came out for some running at Starmount Stampede this morning. A little variation of a previous workout was delivered, with great results. YHC admits that the fartsack was warm and leading the PAX was what got him out of bed. Thanks to the group for the EH this morning, much needed. We all got better today. #ISI

Mosey to corner of Starmount Dr. and Beverly where we circled for instructions on THE THANG!
YHC devised a form of interval training that used the confines of Starmount Forest and a bit of Wedgewood to create 7 legs that the PAX completed as a group. Each leg was run on an east/west direction using Beverly Place and Wedgedale Avenue as the starting and stopping points. The PAX were instructed to push themselves on each leg, running at race pace. Sugar Rays were instructed to complete leg and then run back to get the 6. Once the entire group was at the end of each leg, there was a recovery run north or south to the next starting point. 10 count was given prior to starting each leg. By the time we completed all 7 legs, the PAX had a total mileage of 3.75 miles. Most mileage logged by Starmount Stampede group.
