32 Pax made a choice to join YHC for a beatdown at Slammin’ Sammys. There are other options on where to post in the #Natville gloom, and YHC was delighted to spread some pain and joy around. More on the joy later. After a proper introduction and 2 disclaimers, the PAX entered the Warm A Rama. (2 disclaimers were given due to the upcoming Thang. YHC knows some PAX have been injured recently.) #nogoingback.
#Mumblechatter was heavy before the Warm A Rama. The PAX were looking for some pain. As PAX began to exercise, #Nancytime rolled in.

The Thang:
Once back at the basketball court, PAX planked while the SIX rolled back in. PAX are instructed to count off in groups of 5. YHC originally wanted groups of 4, but due to turnout of 32, a 5th station is needed to spread out the PAX. #spreadthelove. #cohesion.
Borrowing parts of a plan (ok, stolen) from Beaver, Nancy, and Quicken, a 5 station workout complete with Sprints, Pullups, and suffering ensued. #smokefest. The PAX were to complete each exercise at each station, sprint appox. 40 yards to the shovel flag/tow strap. Lean down and touch ground, sprint back.

Through all the heavy breathing and a lack of mumblechatter, YHC noticed different leaders at each station calling out reps in cadence. Nice work. Exercises were designed to be either in cadence or single count. Some Sugar Rays had some joy in them, so cadence counting ensued.
Natville PAX, YHC believes that it is a pleasure to Q and endure the workout with such a great group. It’s a great day in the gloom to see PAX pushing one another, getting faster, stronger, and forming a tighter bond. Excellent work had by all today. T-Claps Pax! Was #cohesion mentioned?
