Strong group of 18 PAX came out to enjoy the Lunatic Fringe weights focused workout. Not sure if it was the great weather or just because it was Friday, but lots of excellent mumble chatter throughout the 45 minutes workout.  Here’s what we accomplished:

Announcements

  • Yeti passed over the site AO coordinator duties to Boone’s Farm with a ceremonial handing off of the flag. TClaps Yeti for getting this AO started and TClaps Boone’s Farm for stepping up to take over the AO duties. The AO name is now Lunatic Fringe.
  • TPS announced that starting April 16 he is planning a new AO launch on Saturday. The location will be Kernodle Middle School with a 6:30 a.m. start time. More info and confirmation to come.
  • Remember to go to the Sign Up Genius and pick a spot to do a Meal Drop for Virus and his family. Matlock sent the link out on Twitter and there was a group email. Have 5 spots still open that need to be filled.
  • Hush Puppy on the Q for tomorrows 7 a.m. Ruck
  • Tomorrow is last day for bringing used shoes. All types of shoes accepted – bring them to your workout in the morning..
  • Long Time suggested the possible need for a mid-town AO workout on Thursdays. Discuss around the group to see if interest surfaces.

Observation

  • Long Time, Boones Farm, Brown Noser, Huffy, and a few others get extra credit for showing up early to get some track work in. TClaps!
