14 Pax turned out for the hour long “Murph” workout this lovely morning! So much accomplished in so little time, but still running up against the clock… Look for a slight time / format change to ensure we get everyone out on time with a hard stop at 6:15 starting next week. We will launch at 5:25 and do as many circuits as possible but will not exceed the 6:15 stop ( to include, nameorama and COT).

You all should feel very good about the effort put forth today as here is what we accomplished:

Warmarama: 0.3 mile run

Thang: 100 pull-ups, 200 Merkins, 300 Squats, 400 plus core reps, with 1.8 miles of running between circuits. Plus 4 minutes of Wall Stands for good measure.

Totals- 1000 total reps – 2.1miles, 4 min static shoulder holds

Mary- 90 second planche
