22 PAX came out on a glorious Monday morning. With the recent posts at the Grinder the week before with Matlock and Rainbow Dash with Gilligan, QIC stated there would not be very many burpees as he was all burpeed out. However, what QIC did not tell the PAX was every time he thought “burpee” in the workout, he replaced it with merkins.
We moseyed towards Fisher Park – unfortunately Amphibious missed us leaving and instead worked out on his own #Nomadworkout.

Simple setup – Partner A runs up the front steps and does 10 merkins. Partner B does the exercise and then flap jack.

Lots of mumble chatter on the deceiving comments around the lack of burpees.
Total merkin count likely somewhere around 200 – most of the PAX got through the majority of the exercises.
