8 Pax gathered in the balmy gloom to push and pull with all their might blocks, a stump, and a big ‘ol tire…oh yeah, and ran a lot!! It went a little something like this:
The Pax moseyed over to the circle by the lower field for the warm-o-rama.
Warm-O-Rama:
25 – Side Straddle Hops
15 – Windmills
20 – Prayer Squats
30 – Sun Gods – 15 each direction
The Thang:
The Pax then moseyed to the stadium and field for station work. The Pax broke into partners and went to one of six stations. Each pair was going to stay at a station for 5 minutes. During that time, one man was doing the work at the station while his partner ran to the top of the library steps, did 1 Burpee, then ran back to switch. Once the 5 minutes was up, the pair would rotate right into the next station.

After the 30 minutes was up, time was called and we moseyed back to the shovel flag for Mary’s.
