The “Murph” workout represents a challenge to ourselves to become as strong as possible in both the physical and mental aspects of fitness. Show up this week and Gunny will bring his twist on the “Murph” and I’m certain you will achieve the stated goal of becoming Stonger!
Preview- 2miles of running, 100 pull-ups, 200 Merkins, 300 Squats, 400 core reps and you’re done!
