Partner up #sizedoesnotmatter.  Partner A performs exercise while Partner B runs down to stop sign at loop, does 5 SSH, and runs back to relieve his partner.  Flapjack.  Counts are cumulative and single count.

  • 200 Carolina Dry Docks
  • 300 Lunges
  • 400 LBCs

Omaha was called once most of the PAX had made it at least partially through the LBCs.

Next up….Partner A performs exercise while Partner A bear crawls to median then runs across remainder of parking lot and back.  Flapjack.

Omaha called halfway through to switch bear crawl to crab walk.  Once exercises were complete, we moseyed back to the shovel flag with a little #jailbreak at the end.

Snookie then showed us all how to do some partner stretching.  Quite a bit of mumblechatter ensued, but the point is well taken…stretching is a good idea.
