16 PAX joined for a Wednesday morning beat down on a classic Greensboro February 60 degree morning.  It went something like this:

At gather, the PAX picked up their coupons from the trunk of the race car and began the mosey north through downtown to the Preyer Brewing Company parking lot for the warm-up.


  • 25 Side Straddle Hops
  • 40 Sun Gods (20 each way)
  • 5 burpees on your own
  • 30 Copperhead Squats
  • 30 Copperhead Lunges (15 each leg)


After the warm-up, the PAX moseyed to the Newbridge Bank Park parking lot north of stadium to begin the workout.  To start, the PAX paired off into groups of two.  Partner A would run up N Edgeworth to the stadium ticket office at the corner of N. Edgeworth and Bellemeade while Partner B executed workout exercises using bricks.

  1. Wojo Squats (2 bricks)
  2. Crunchy Frog (2 bricks)
  3. Sun Gods (2 bricks)
  4. Standing lunges (2 bricks)
  5. American Hammers (1 brick)

While waiting for the group to reassemble, the group did Unbalanced Merkins and Monkey Humpers

Following the workout, the group moseyed back down Bellemeade to the shovel flag for 6MOM.

  • Group hands only CPR class following the Uptown Funk workout at Moses Cone Hospital. If you can make it out, it will be good for as many of us as possible to be prepared in the event something catastrophic happens.
