So impressed with the 14 men that posted at Local Honey this morning….. I am always amazed at how hard you all push me when I am blessed to lead! What amazing creations are humans that we can acclimate to any environment and excel,  Amen! Great start to 2016 and I have much excitement about all that we will do together in the coming year….As far as what we accomplished this morning, here is how it went down.

Warmarama:

SSH X 15 IC

Windmills X 15 IC

5 Wojo Squat Jumps OYO

Quadricep Stretch 15 each leg

Peter Parker X 15 IC

Patrner Up and mosey to top of the Bellmeade Deck via the spiral driveway..

Always plank for the 6 – Partner Wheel Barrel to other side of deck, 5 Burpees OYO  followed by 25 partner plank sit-ups each and mosey down the stairs to the street.

Plank for 6 – 200 LSF – 100 each while the partner planks,  5 Burpees OYO and mosey up the stairs to top of deck using two stairs at a time….

5 Burpees OYO – Plank for 6 and Partner Wheel Barrel to other side of deck…

25 Partner Plank Sit-ups , followed by 5 Burpees OYO and a trip back down the spiral driveway to the street.

Chair Plank for the 6 followed by 200 LSF – 100 each while the partner planks, 25 Supermans each followed by 10 Burpees OYO and a trip back up the spiral driveway to the top of the deck.

Plank for 6 , Partner carry to opposite side of parking deck, 5 Burpees OYO, mosey back down staircase to street for final plank. YHC realized he forgot something at the top and so double step back up the staircase to top of deck for a quick ten count and back down to the street to the shovel flag for some Mary!

Workout totals: 35 Burpees, 8 Flights total – 4 climbing ( 32 flights up! ), 300 plus core reps….
